These Terms of Service govern your use of the A2ZEvents website at https://www.a2zevents.ai and any related services we provide. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use A2ZEvents. Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape data, impersonate others, or use the platform for spam, abuse, or fraud

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree to use A2ZEvents responsibly and to not misuse the service or use it to harm others.

• Do not upload or send content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or harmful
• Do not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to contact people who do not expect to hear from you
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the service
• Do not use the service to violate the privacy or rights of others, including by adding guests without appropriate permission

AI-Generated Content

A2ZEvents uses artificial intelligence to help generate event details, invitations, greeting cards, visuals, and messages. AI output is provided to assist you and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your needs.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before you publish or send it, and for making sure it is correct and suitable for your event and your guests.

• AI features are provided without a warranty as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose
• You are responsible for the content you choose to publish or send, including content generated with AI
• Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, complete, and current.

• Maintain the security of your account and any verification or sign-in credentials
• Promptly update account or profile information when it changes
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for reporting security concerns or unauthorized use

SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide a mobile number and expressly opt in through an A2ZEvents sign-up flow or RSVP flow, you agree that A2ZEvents may send you SMS messages about event invitations, RSVP confirmations, RSVP updates, reminders, and related event communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future A2ZEvents text messages
• Reply HELP for help, or contact info@a2zevents.ai
• You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for updating or removing it if it changes or you no longer want to receive SMS messages
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Your agreement to receive SMS messages is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including how we handle mobile information and consent records

Intellectual Property

The A2ZEvents service, including its original features, branding, interface, and functionality, is owned by A2ZEvents and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Service content, trademarks, and platform features remain the property of A2ZEvents or its licensors
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, publish, or share event details, media, guest data, and other content through the service
• You retain responsibility for user-generated content, while granting A2ZEvents the rights needed to host, process, and display that content as part of the service

Copyright and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.

If you believe content on A2ZEvents infringes your copyright, contact info@a2zevents.ai with enough detail to identify the content and your rights, and we will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

Limitations

A2ZEvents is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or improve the product.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times
• To the extent permitted by law, A2ZEvents disclaims warranties and limits liability for losses arising from use of the service
• You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with guests and for using the platform in a safe and compliant way

Termination

You may stop using A2ZEvents at any time, and you may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, or remove content, if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or as needed to operate the service or comply with law. Some provisions of these terms continue to apply after termination.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold A2ZEvents harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, the content you publish or send, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which A2ZEvents is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before bringing a formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@a2zevents.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and A2ZEvents waive the right to participate in a class action.

The specific governing jurisdiction, arbitration venue, and any required consumer exceptions will be confirmed in the final version of these terms reviewed by legal counsel.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
